Stone House DarwinIt’s said that there’s a little of Melbourne in Darwin with this trendy wine bar in the heart of Darwin city.  Located in one of the oldest stone buildings on Cavenagh Street, Stone House is Darwin’s first wine bar and boasts an extensive wine cellar.  Ask for a glass of Philippe Fourrier Champagne – you will love it!  Monthly tasting events are a sell-out with some magnificent wines showcased.

It’s the city pub to hang out with friends and catch up over an icy cold beer or your favourite glass of wine.  Known for it’s great steaks, the Cav is a great place to pop into after a busy day at work.   
Tip of the day … order yourself some of their Nam Jim Oyster Shots!  They really are amazing!

6 Tanks Brew Co

The newest bar in town, 6 Tanks Brew Co is a funky new bar & restaurant to meet friends in downtown Mitchell Street.  You can’t miss the 6 large polished brewing tanks used for the hand crafted beers.  Funky decor completes the modern image for this bar, setting the scene for Darwin’s newest craft beer adventure.  They have a varied range of craft beers available, five of their own blends and twelve from other Australian and International craft brewers.  Sample every one of them .. go on, you know you want to!

With so many trendy eateries and great bars opening in the inner city, each taking their specialty to the next level we are being spoiled for choice.  Darwin really has the best lifestyle in Australia!
